Sable Mining Africa Ltd is an AIM listed resource company focussed on mining assets in sub-Saharan Africa.

The primary objective of the Company is to benefit from early exposure to mining businesses or assets in under-developed locations which have the potential to attract substantial foreign investment and which have the potential for rapid and sustainable growth.

The Company’s initial planned investment is its offer for South African coal mining company, Delta Mining Consolidated Ltd (‘DMC’).  DMC controls four major coal interests in South Africa and Botswana in established coal producing regions, all with active development programmes in place to raise their current resource base.  Sable Mining also owns 80% of Monaf Investments (Private) Ltd which holds the Lubu Coal concession in the Bulawayo Mining District of Zimbabwe.  

The Board have established business contacts and connections in sub-Saharan Africa and are experienced in natural resource start-up companies, the raising of funds on international capital markets, evaluating acquisition and investment prospects and in the day to day management of public companies.
